Korean Style Icon, Kwon Ji Yong, better known as G-Dragon, is loved and recognized by people globally for his idiosyncratic style.

His ever-changing style has influenced the world of fashion and is one of the most talked-about among fashion magazines and websites. He is not just a celebrity, but a well-rounded artist, pathing out with fashion houses such as Louis Vuitton, Givenchy and most notably his relation with Chanel.

Here are five G-Dragon’s styles that left a big bang (pun intended).

What defines him when it comes to being a style icon is his wide range of styles. Breaking boundaries on gender and forming a special union with it. While many individuals are afraid to dip their feet in, he manages to find the right balance between masculinity and femininity.

“Double denim” is widely considered as passé and a fashion cliché. However, that’s not the case for G-Dragon. His nonchalant styling amplifies his charm, living up to his widely known reputation of a bold fashion icon.

ECCENTRIC SUIT

A suit is a man’s best friend – especially if you are G-Dragon. While tailored and preppy suits are essentials to most men, G-Dragon opts for an off-beat alternative. Oversized silhouettes and/or eclectic prints with idiosyncratic styling works best for his style.

Another thing that captures the eyes of many is his versatility in style. He maneuverers easily from sleek and cool to playful and quirky. While your wardrobe is the window to your soul, it’s safe to assume that behind his tough and blasé façade is an unexpectedly alluring guy.

LEOPARD PRINTS

Finally yet iconically, G-Dragon’s love for exotic print – specifically the leopard. Though the animal motif can be seen as outdated, the fashion icon never fails to reinterpret it and giving his fresh take.
